After winning CIF at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in 1996, Anne graduated and headed to Santa Clara University in 1997. In 2001, she moved back to the Los Angeles area. She began coaching freshman and junior varsity teams in 2005 at FSHA. In 2011 she took over the head coaching job and led the team to take 2nd in league for the season.
Her club volleyball career began when she worked with Elite and Club West. It was actually during her honeymoon with Jean-Paul Arlie, where they both decided to get a club going in Pasadena. With the help of Shelli Orlandini, Flintridge Volleyball Club was born in 2009. During the 2009/2010 season, Anne coached the 14-1 and 16-1 teams. The 14-1 team took 24th in the Phoenix tournament that year…what a great first season.
On September 30, 2010 she gave birth to her first son Jackson Christopher Arlie. This year she is coaching the 15-1′s team with Assistant Samantha Orlandini.
